Why Wellness?

Everyone wants to be healthy. We start the school year anticipating all its potential for our lives: working out more, studying better, eating healthier, practicing longer, etc all become goals towards which we aspire. The intentions are great, but there comes a point in the semester- usually in the first month- that things just get overwhelming. We feel sick, tired, unfocused, achy. Often we accept that feeling of "ugh" as a "normal" part of going to school.

What if this misery wasn't your "normal"?

What if feeling confident, healthy, and alert was your "normal"?

Complete wellness is not limited to "not getting sick". Being well allows us to reach our mental, physical, AND emotional potential. What better time to commit to wellness than before a new semester starts?

As many know, I have been using doTERRA essential oils for about a year now. I educate people all over the country about these oils and their amazing benefits. I've personally witnessed myself and my clients kick colds faster, heal injuries quickly, and just generally be happier and more focused, all through the use of these purely organic oils. I love watching people's lives be transformed!

This is why I am so excited to share that I will be giving free wellness consultations in Houston that are scheduled with me beginning Monday August 19th through Sunday August 25th.

In these consultations, you'll get to share some issues you're dealing with or concerned about (everything you share will be kept confidential), and together we'll find an affordable, all-natural solution to effectively deal with these issues. You'll even get to try some doTERRA oils for yourself!

Does that make you smile?
I thought so!

To schedule your free consultation, just message me on Facebook or e-mail me at with a few times that would work for you. (Since I am out of the country, phone will not work) For those of you in Banff who want to learn more, please feel free to contact me as well!

This semester, wellness is a decision that rests with each one of us. What will you choose?
